Process Manager

As fully-owned subsidiary of Erste Bank AG, Erste Asset Management GmbH coordinates and is responsible for all asset management activities of the Group. More than 300 employees develop and manage investment solutions for our investors. After an introductory phase of 2 months in Vienna, the position will be located in Bratislava at our branch Erste Asset Management GmbH, pobočka Slovenská republika.
Within the branch in Bratislava we are looking for a Process Manager

• Documentation of business processes.
• Coordination of processes with professional staff.
• Maintenance of the process manual.
• Evaluation of process risks.
• Business continuity planning (based on business processes).
• Supporting activities in operational risk management.

• have high analytical skills
• are a good communicator
• have experience in business process documentation
• excellent knowledge of English in written and spoken
• good knowledge of German is a plus
• have profound skills in MS Office
• have a strong desire to gain further understanding of asset management - previous experience in our business area are a plus
• basic knowledge of ARIS is a plus

• team work as well as independent tasks
• a strong connection to our Viennese Headquarters and colleagues

• a minimal guaranteed salary of 1.300,--€ gross per month (fulltime). The real wage can be higher based on your professional qualifications, knowledge and personal characteristics.
