You would be in charge of

• cooperation on defining the marketing strategy for Magenta Moments (MM) program
• preparation of new offers and campaigns for our MM program 
• creation of in app events and competitions for our customers
• program partners negotiations and coordination of offer releases
• analysing of program users' behavior and offer/campaign performance
• improving customer experience and their journeys with MM
• monitoring of competitors and market trends
• initiating and defining different customer value strategies for existing users and Telekom customers
• supporting overall GTM strategy for MM
• coordination of the ruffle winners rewarding process
• preparing and executing CVM campaigns for MM, creating different target groups for the MM communication
• taking care of engagement and total number of users of MM, developing the forecast model for MM

Required knowledge and skills

• proven experience with leading projects
• passionate about marketing – keeping a track of marketing trends feels natural to you
• results-driven, proactive and eager to bring up some fresh ideas
• fluent in English and Slovak/Czech
• fearless when it comes to presenting your ideas to management
• previous experience with copywriting
• negotiation skills
• familiar with JIRA and MS Excel, MS Power Point
