Customer Value Manager for B2B Segment (m/f)

What you will do

• define the marketing strategy and design initiatives for the product portfolio
• gather inputs from across the organization on market opportunity and validate market potential by segment and product level
• lead product development idea creation and piloting initiatives
• institute a continuous improvement cycle for all marketing efforts
• provide weekly, monthly, and yearly reporting against KPIs
• be in a driving position to create best-in-class go-to-market strategy with the support of other squads
• translate customer insights and market context into an actionable roadmap

Required knowledge and skills

The ideal candidate is a collaborative, business-savvy marketing professional who wants to continually test, learn, lean on the data, and collaborate across functions to find new and innovative ways of reaching target audiences, build pipelines, and expand revenues. 

• previous experience in strategy creation either for a product vertical or a market segment
• experience in Telco, Banking or Consulting industry would be a huge plus
• prior P&L experience would be nice to have
• active knowledge of English and Slovak
