What you will do as our new Pricing Expert
- defining the Pricing strategy B2C Postpaid Mobile customers
- creating pricing portfolio of postpaid tariff plans and add-ons
- designing, leading and coordinating pricing propositions that will be differentiators on the market
- build the business case based on the realistic assumptions in cooperation with the initiative owners
- monitor and positively influence value of postpaid mobile customers
- keeping a track of propositions Gross Margin and influence the changes when and where needed
- provide and impact on the product and proposition cost by influencing final propositions
- monitoring of competitors and market trends
- developing new pricing models that will ensure maximization of EBITDA
Required knowledge and skills
- have proven experience with leading Pricing projects
- be passionate about pricing – keeping a track of marketing trends feels natural to you J
- be results-driven, proactive and eager to bring up some fresh ideas
- can do attitude with hunger to achieve the KPIs under the pricing scope
- be fluent in English and Slovak/Czech
- be fearless when it comes to presenting your ideas to management
- be MS Excel and Power Point Guru
