Segment Manager

As our Marketing Segment Manager, you would be a cornerstone of our marketing strategy for the Mobile Post-paid segment and you would have a direct impact on our customer’s satisfaction. As our Segment Marketing Manager you would be in charge of:

  • defining the marketing strategy and designing initiatives for the product portfolio
  • designing, leading and coordinating marketing propositions and campaigns that will attract our customers
  • keeping a track of propositions and campaigns results in cooperation with your teammates (data analysts, devices gurus, product leads, customer experience champions, communication ninjas etc.)
  • developing the forecast model in a selected segment area and based on that defining a product strategy and performance on the market
  • monitoring of competitors and market trends

In order to succeed in this role you should:

  • have proven experience with leading projects
  • be passionate about marketing – keeping a track of marketing trends feels natural to you
  • be results-driven, proactive and eager to bring up some fresh ideas
  • be fluent in English and Slovak/Czech
  • be fearless when it comes to presenting your ideas to management (do we need to mention skills in MS PowerPoint?)
  • be familiar with JIRA and MS Excel
