IT Solution Designer

At T-Mobile, we are constantly improving the creation of digital channels for our clients (mobile applications, online shopping, client zone of the portal). We create solutions on the level of individual countries (Czech Republic / Slovakia) or even on the level of transnational solutions, using agile implementation, automation, DevOps and the creation of new solutions using the microservice architecture.

We are looking for designers / analysts for our IT Digital department who will participate in the creation of our top applications. Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for high-level technical process design in accordance with IT architecture and strategy
• Communication with the client and development teams (including foreign ones)
• Indicating technical limitations and complexity in the phase of collecting project requirements
• Creating architectural designs and collaborating with a team of analysts
• Working on new and existing systems
• Creating documentation, functional and technical specifications, sequence diagrams, defining API interfaces, data models
• Providing consultation on the behalf of the entire IT Digital domain
• Continuous improvement and innovation of internal services and products

Perfect candidate will be:

• Experience with the development of IT systems
• Ability to visualize solutions: UML / design patterns
• Orientation in the field of programming languages, database technologies (SQL and NoSQ), web technologies and messaging
• SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, API are not just foreign abbreviations
• English language at a communicative level
• Analytical thinking
• Ability to effectively share acquired knowledge
• Being a team player, communication and coordination skills
• Reliability, independence, responsibility

Nice to have/What is a plus but not essential:

• Experience with development (practical experience with microservices)
• Overview in the telco segment
• Practical experience with Jira, Confluence
• User knowledge of Kibana, Kubernetes
• The advantage of knowledge of methodologies and tools, such as: Togaf, ITIL, Archimate, Enterprise Architect
