Strategy Expert (senior)

Yet customers, markets, and the underlying technologies are changing. Deutsche Telekom continues to develop its strategy in response and we in Slovak Telekom certeinly dont want to lag behind.

MM strategy team ensures that all strategic pillars are combined in MM strategy and support execution within other departments via orchestration.

Main responsibilities are:

• Co-creation of MM strategy with tribes and channels and its alignment with Company strategy
• Digital adoption, incl. digital capabilities evolution roadmap
• Channel innovation (e.g. alternative channel for prepaid distribution)
• Strategy of channel evolution mix
• Orchestration (x-tribe priorities - incl. for Omni/ Digital development, etc.)

What is expected from mass market strategy expert? 

• Coordination of small team
• Defining the ways how to steer MM strategy with its owners
• Provide insights and directions to the decision makers
• Preparation of business inputs for MM division prioritisation
• Regularly communicate with the other MM sections and departments (e.g. Segment, Product, Digital, Channels etc.)
