What you’ll do
- Recruit great talent from around the world
- Attract talent through active sourcing; referrals; social media; campaigns, events; and any other creative concepts that come to mind
- Own and nurture the whole candidate experience from the first contact to a possible offer
- Influence all levels of the business to build a stunning team
- Develop and execute strategies to develop immediate and long-term candidate pipelines
- Act as a brand ambassador for the unique Slido culture and position us as an employer of choice for the A-players out there
- Be an advocate to continually raise the bar and ensure that candidates understand and embrace our culture
