Job description, responsibilities and duties

Job description, responsibilities and duties are as follows:

•Prepare analysis and supporting calculations for investment planning
•Consolidate data and prepare the post investment appraisal for realized projects in CE region
•Monitor capital and operating expenditures actual spend vs forecast, investigate variances, prepare reports
•Prepare (pre) investment calculations for projects and relevant analysis (under the supervision of manager)
•Prepare approval documents for governance meetings
•Complete ad-hoc analysis and reports, problem solving on day-to-day basis

•Strong emphasis on analytical / technical skills (MS Excel advanced)
•Attention to detail, critical thinking, ability to work independently
•Able to interpret financial data and results of analyses in efficient and understandable way
•Quick adaptation in fast-moving environment, able to prioritize and deal with stress at work
•A calm, organized approach, Self-driven & enthusiastic
•Genuine interest in learning about the financial industry
•Solid knowledge and demonstrable understanding of accounting standards and principles
•Fluent English speaking and writing is essential
•Finance qualifications and certificates are advantage
