Junior IT Consultant

• Verification and maintenance of company systems and user´s applications, HW, provide the fault-free state
• Responsibility for the optimization of specific technical and software resources, installation of new SW &HW, application of operating systems for the specific user environment, the management of computer network databases and ensuring the connection to other networks
• Definition of appropriate antivirus policy, licensing management, user support, optimization of individual security measures
• Configuration & supervision of the company servers, printers, scanners, laptops, mobiles
• Communicate with HW and SW suppliers, optimize the services from external suppliers
• Data backup and protection
• Determine the scope and method of data protection and backup.
• Troubleshooting of operating systems directly - on the supply level.
• IT network equipment maintenance & service
• Control of costs for the telecommunication equipment and devices (WAN, mobile phones, fixed subscriber lines)
• Copyright protection in the field of SW
