Implement the management consulting company in matters of business, labor, and international private law.
Duties – Responsibilities:
Implement the management consulting company in matters of business, labor, and international private law.
Implement drafting and commenting on various contracts in Slovak and English under the Civil and Commercial Code.
To lead the company´s corporate agenda.
Keep records and legal documents of the company.
Communicate with the courts, commercial, trade offices and other institutions.
Sit in proceedings before courts and other administrative bodies.
Implement the preparation of legal analyses and opinions.
Participate in negotiations with business partners of the company.
Perform work as directed by the supervisor.
Before termination of employment protocol pass incomplete tasks and trained person designated supervisor.
