Job description, responsibilities and duties
Sky Alps, leading airline in the region operating both national and international routes, is looking for an Administrative Secretary (m/f/d).
Main duties:
Reception and telephone management;
Welcoming customers and suppliers and managing front office activities;
Supporting the management and the entire company structure;
Preparing documentation for notarial acts;
Document archiving, including electronic formats;
Performing general secretarial tasks, including possible assignments at external offices.
Required skills and qualifications:
High school diploma in accounting or equivalent studies;
Preferably experience in front office roles, even for first-time job seekers;
Good knowledge of Italian and English;
Proficiency in MS Office;
Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork orientation, dynamism, flexibility, and operational autonomy.
Residency or availability for relocation to nearby areas is required.
The type of contract and salary level will be determined based on the profile and experience of the selected candidate.
