About your job
Job purpose: Execute tasks in energy distribution in accordance with GES and safety standards, while overseeing end-to-end implementation of technical projects and proposing process enhancements in the designated manufacturing area.Key responsibilities:
- Lead technical projects with passion and manage budgets with precision.
- Actively shape the value chain by monitoring trends in manufacturing technologies.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of user needs and incorporate findings into project specifications.
- Monitor investment budgets and collaborate closely with the finance department in procurement processes.
- Ensure technological value and compliance with standards in the plant are consistently maintained.
- Improve the reliability and performance of the plant through root cause analysis, risk assessment, and monitoring of technical aspects.
About you
- MS Office - Advanced
- AutoCAD
- Ability to solve complex problems
- Project Management
- Proven ability to influence and drive strategic change across functions and disciplines at all levels of the organization
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of manufacturing technology, filling, or production equipment management
