About your job
- Site SME for the AW system & process.
- Coordinates the FP documentation and artwork process between all relevant parties in the artwork supply chain to achieve a OTIF DRD for AWs.
- Act as interface between all relevant parties in the artwork process, both internal (marketing, regulatory, logistics, finance) and external (artwork studio).
- Driving the accountability of the various approvers to deliver the process mapping on time & where necessary escalate time delays with the RC to the necessary managers & stakeholders
- Be the interlink between the Site Technical SAP co-ordinator, Technical PSR / NPI co-ordinator, Site QA TTS co-ordinator, Technical Packaging Engineer & Technical PE
- Ensures OIs & Procedures cover the AW processes & that they are updated based on review periods or changes within the process
- Where necessary works closely with the Sites Procurement liaison lead
- Deliver feedback to the various parties involved with the process opportunities to CI the process & system
- Perform other duties as per requests from superiors in within agreed job competences
About you
- Secondary school / University
- English – B2
- PC skills: advanced user
- Understanding of artwork-related aspects of planning, graphic design, materials, forming and finishing processes, suppliers, specifications and documentation (incl. BOM’s), and the overall artwork process
