About your job
Objectives and main activities of the position:- To fill up the candidate pipeline through relationship with secondary vocational schools and universities
- Management of relationship and collaboration with secondary vocational schools in the Nitra region as well as selected Universities in Slovakia
- Acting as certified lead-instructor for the site instructors of ´dual education´
- Management of learning programs for selected apprentices at the site: selection of apprentices, attendance, scholarships, results and reporting to schools
- Keeping competence matrixes for apprentices up to date and fit for the business objectives
- Running forecasts for future needs in roles and competence
- Main contact point for Ministry of Education
About you
Preferred education and specialization:- University
- Specialisation: Human sciences / Adult Learning
Preferred work experiences in the field (lenght and specification of experiences):
- At least 2 years in private or state-owned area of education or learning - advantage
Additional requirements needed for the position
Hard skills:
