QA Operations Manager/Responsible Pharmacist SK

Possible to work from anywhere - presence in office in Bratislava required at least 3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure LOC Quality processes and systems are in place for all activities carried out across the Local Business ensuring as well that they are in compliance with GSK standards and policies, GMP, GDP and regulatory requirements.
• The function is critical to the effective management of systems and activities that are crucial or have a direct impact to product quality and regulatory compliance. The job holder is expected to manage all quality operational activities within the LOC.
• Using an active mindset, will generate creative solutions for technical problems.
• Will actively manage and have oversight responsibilities for Quality Operations in Logistic Service Providers.
• Distribution of key responsibilities:

Responsible Pharmacist
Quality projects:
 Implementation and maintenance of effective Quality Assurance systems
 CEE LOC QA process owner and SME on GSK GSOPs
Operations: (Receipt, Storage and Returns; Self-inspection; Recall & Incident management)

• Professional prerequisites of the Responsible Pharmacist established in 362/2011 Coll. ACT of 13 September 2011 on Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices and on Amendments to Some Related Acts (the Act on Pharmaceuticals)

About you

• Master degree - pharmaceutical
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience within the Pharmaceutical / Consumer Healthcare industries, preferably in the capacity of a senior quality specialist or a manager
• Understanding of and experience in quality assurance systems particularly in the areas of batch release, product incidents, artwork control and performing audits
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements pertaining to GDP
• Knowledge on effective quality documentation systems
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
