About your job
- The Technical Engineer is primarily responsible for implementing changes of material suppliers in the factory, for de-risking and cost reduction of material supplies to the Site
- This involves:
o Working with Procurement and other functions to ensure all required information is obtained from suppliers or is created by the team
o Executing pilot scale or factory scale experimental trials if necessary
o Overseeing Process Qualification/Validation batches to approve new suppliers
- Candidates must be able to communicate clearly verbally and in writing, to ensure the correct people are informed at the right time through the right channels
About you
- At least 2 years in similar or same position
- Experience with process managing of production in chemistry/food processing industry
- MS Office
- SAP – advantage
- MES – advantage
