About your job
We are a leading global pharmaceutical company, researching and marketing OTC and cosmetic products. If you are an experienced Brand Manager, who likes challenges & finding solutions to difficult questions and has high ambitions (for your brands and yourself) – then we are looking for you! Your objective will be to accelerate growth of one of our top priority brands in Oral Health Care portfolio.Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and review local brand activation plans in order to accelerate brand trial and increase brand loyalty
- Work closely with internal & external stakeholders [trade marketing, expert marketing, digital marketing, sales team, agencies] to drive excellent execution of strategy at customer level
- Analyze brand & competitors‘ performance in order to identify barriers to usage, opportunities for growth and bring solutions to identified barriers & opportunities
- Plan & optimize media plans for assigned brands
- Set pricing strategy & price optimization for assigned brands
- Responsibility for brand P&L, managing brand A&P spend
- Accountability for achieving brand targets
About you
- Proven success in brand management from OTC, FMCG company – 3-5 years of relevant experience is a must
- Proficiency in English is a must (daily communication with regional HQ in English)
- Proven analytical & strategic thinking
- Candidate has to be comfortable with complexity
- Ability to find common ground and overcome obstacles, influencing skills
- Personal resilience, innovation, personal effectiveness, priority setting, time management
- Enthusiasm, drive, pro-active approach
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Travelling up to 10% of time
