About your job
Job purpose:Drive governance and ongoing management of Consumer Global Logistics (GL) data and systems to ensure ongoing effectiveness of the Consumer Logistics data quality management, reporting, and alignment to processes.
Key responsibilities:
Owns master data management rules and processes within Consumer Global Logistics
Owns the “data dictionary” which describes data flows, source systems, target systems to enable Consumer Global Logistics processes.
New Processes Implementation including documentation
Support Master data management and improvement
Master data coordination with Logistics Partner
Support Master Data and interfaces related Projects
Suport data and systems failures solving
About you
Job-Related Experience:- Strong IT background
- Data Management track record
- Experience working in logistics, supply chain
- Experience in working in a matrix organization
- Highly effective change management and problem resolution skills.
- Process management skills – ability to define and deliver new ways of working based on Haleon and (distribution) industry best practice
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience of working in a multi-cultural environment
- Capable project management expertise and strong commitment to continuous improvement
- Ability to work off own initiative and comfortable with delegated responsibility
- Analytical and detail oriented
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Resilient / Ability to work under pressure
- Strong communications skills to address variety of audience levels
