Who we are looking for?
Enthusiastic person who want to contribute their knowledge to our HR team.

HR manager will be responsible for the development of human resources policy and for its correct and timely implementation in accordance with the needs of the company, including:

  • optimization of the organizational structure, design, analysis and evaluation of existing or new jobs

  • updating information about employees in the company's information systems

  • creation and updating of internal polices in the area of human resources

  • identification of requirements for staffing and recruitment

  • professional development of employees

  • developing and managing a system of remuneration and employee benefits, including social programs

  • creating positive employee relations in the company also through the management of effective internal communication and continuous monitoring of employee relations and attitudes of employees towards the company
  • supporting the performance management process

  • continuous provision of counseling for the company's employees, assistance in resolving professional or personal problems and providing support

  • continuous reporting on the state of human resources in a defined structure and periodicity

  • Min. 5 years in a various positions in human resources
  • Experience from a multinational environment is an advantage
