Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Responsible for preparation of bookkeeping documents for external processing
- Responsible for preparation attendance table for employees of the company - international truck drivers
- Communication with insurances, dealing with insurance cases
- Personalistic tasks
- Post management
- To be in touch with the various companies we deal with to ensure the flow of information and completion of any outstanding administrative requirements.
- Obviously all this work will be in English so good communicative and writing skills are required.
