Project Supervisor

- Gathers inputs and design specifications regarding the approved product concepts and creates and manages timeplan of prototype development in coordination with stakeholders.
- Assists in design activities for existing or new projects, creating production drawings, creating a product tree, work on the preparation of films for screen printing,
- Plans and coordinates the manufacturing tests and develops the master data
- Prepares packaging instructions, carries out FMEA Studies, Process adequacy analysis, product PPAP file and all project analyzes required, in coordination with other departments
- Prepares the specifications of the raw materials used in production and to have them tested and analyzed by specifying their compliance with the specifications.
- Actively communicates with the direct supervisors to ensure mutual understanding regarding tasks and performance expectations.
- Executes & completes the tasks assigned by direct supervisors on time and at expected quality.
- Provides input to direct supervisors for him/her to create daily, weekly, and monthly reports and analytics and provide support in the maintenance of these reports.
- Assist direct supervisors with taking corrective actions and/or providing operational insight for the unachieved goals in the performance reports and KPIs
- Escalates any issues to direct supervisors in a timely manner and assists in discussions and solution finding process.
- If necessary, cooperates and interacts with employees from other functions/regions within the organization.
- Participates in relevant and mandatory training as assigned and provides feedback for the meetings.
