Project Manager for Specialist Foundation Engineering / Well Construction

Your Future Responsibilities

• Overall coordination of construction sites and ensuring smooth workflows
• Communication with clients, engineers, and external service providers
• Responsibility for occupational safety, compliance with regulations and permits
• Organizational tasks such as scheduling, material procurement, and workforce planning
• Maintaining construction diaries and preparing reports
• Supervising and overseeing workers and subcontractors
• Organizing inspections and final approvals by authorities or clients
• Commercial responsibility
• Cost estimation and budgeting
• Liaising with public authorities
• Project billing and documentation

Your Profile

• Strong interest in leadership roles
• Additional training as a certified construction foreman is a plus
• Valid driver’s license (Class B)
• Several years of experience in specialist foundation engineering / well construction
• Proficient in site management and work preparation (AVOR)
• Solid computer skills
• Proven leadership abilities

Additional Skills and Soft Skills

• Industry-relevant IT knowledge (e.g., CAD software)
• Experience in leading teams
• Background in logistics or project management
• Good command of German and English (minimum B2 level)

The gross annual salary for a full-time position (38,5 hours/week) starts at EUR 70,000, with significantly higher earnings possible depending on your experience and qualifications. Your individual starting salary will be agreed upon accordingly.
