Created in 2007 SIRAIL is a French Medium-size company specialized in railway wiring and harnesses.
The company has developed strongly over the years through internal and external growth and is now a Group of nearly 1,000 employees spread over 6 production sites, in 5 different countries (France - Germany - Morocco - Tunisia and Slovakia) and has generated a €58 million turnover in 2020 despite the pandemic, with prospects for 2021 in line with our Business Plan.
We operate in a technical environment, through tender projects and small series production, with customers mainly made up of very large identified European accounts (Alstom, Bombardier, Stadler...)

To replace the current site manager, we are hiring our new Industrial Site Manager in Slovakia based in Prakovce (Kosice Region) on a local contract.
Job
Functionally attached to the Group’s Operations Department, you implement the company’s policy in order to achieve the objectives set in a project-based manufacturing context.
You have the social and managerial responsibility of the site, and thus that of the people’s safety and the social climate, you ensure the proper functioning of the plant (approx. 150 people), in a concern of optimization of our productions and logistic flows.
In an efficient and pragmatic approach, you impulse method and organization (industrial and HR) on a day-to-day activity.
You consolidate the best practices, guarantee the quality of the products and processes, develop the different teams by ensuring in particular an optimal communication with respect of everyone. You represent the company and the group during partners visits to the site.
Aware of the interdependence between the Group industrial sites, you cooperate closely with your colleagues from other Group entities on all types of projects. You ensure the completeness and accuracy of financial reporting and KPIs.

Profile
As a general engineer, you have a significant experience of minimum 10 years in a production management or Business unit management function, acquired in the manufacturing industry in Slovakia or in Europe.
Recognized for your leadership, you are also demanding and human, energetic and diplomatic, you always have a positive mindset and seek to promote collective success.
Analytical skills, ability to make operational decisions and think outside the box are your key assets.
You are fluent in Slovak and English, knowledge of French and/or German is a plus. You are motivated by the prospect of joining a growing family owned European company.
