Job description, responsibilities and duties

Due to solid growth in the corporate business, Silva Ventures are looking to expand its Inside Sales Team by employing a highly ambitious and dynamic International Inside Sales Executive.

Meet/exceed call, email and sales activity metrics to ensure client engagement. Engages decision makers in conversations regarding service; obtain and record information about potential customers, use to induce a sale/set an appointment.
Reduce customer churn by providing excellent customer service and consultative solutions. Provides solutions/recommendations. Accountable for meeting and exceeding assigned revenue goals and targets.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Understand and articulate our value propositions.

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Excel - basic
Microsoft Outlook - advanced

Personality requirements and skills

At least 1-2 years of inside sales or customer service experience.
Knowledge of prospecting, sales process and sales pipeline development.
Experience in negotiation.
Must be able to think creatively and strategically, and have a proven track record in aligning and driving deals to successful completion.
CRM and Mail marketing skills
Congenial team work attitude.
