Production manager

Goal and purpose of position:
- management of the production team (mixing, filling, milling of boards, adhesives and
pastes);
- targeted prevention of accidents and occupational illnesses in the team;
- technical responsibility for all lines;
- ensuring compliance with the agreed production program;
- continuous optimization of the overall process of the process team with regard to
delivery readiness, process reliability, efficiency and throughput time;
- continuous minimization of waste (faulty batches, waste, machine and personnel times).

Main tasks / Standard of performance:
Personnel
- management of employees in the production team;
- promoting process-oriented thinking and action at production level;
- creating a challenging and motivating working environment;
- continuous holistic development and training of production team members.

Technical
- cost responsibility for production;
- ensuring production readiness;
- continuous improvement of the systems and his team in the areas of safety, quality,
output and productivity;
- steady reduction in the number of occupational accidents through continuous
improvements;
- can actively carry out controlling with regard to absences, quality, process safety, costs
and efficiency;
- comply with all relevant laws, regulations and work instruction.
