Job description, responsibilities and duties

We have established a Financing team to provide governance and value added services as a Centre of Competence for three Cluster Treasuries (Central East Europe; North West Europe; South West Europe). This team is located in Bratislava and interacts with roughly 238 Siemens companies in 44 countries.

Tasks:

• Authorization and user administration for defined Treasury processes and applications
• Coordination and preparation of quarterly bank account attestations for Siemens entities
• Processing of requests related to administration of bank accounts in payment factory tool
• Processing of credit limit recommendations
• Review and assignment of tickets related to treasury IT support
• Regular review of back office processes with the goal to define and suggest automation potential
• Development and regular updates of macro files use for automated preparation of excel reports.
• Ensure adherence to company guidelines

- University degree in Finance, Econometrics, Statistical methods, Business informatics
- Positive attitude towards excel, IT, Visual Basic
- Ability for further development with the focus on IT e.g. robotics
- Good command of English, German language is an advantage
- This position is suitable for fresh graduates with proven IT skills especially Visual Basic
