Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a Team Assistant, who will take care of the daily run of our office in Bratislava. You would work with supportive colleagues in modern and welcoming office with at Lamacska cesta, with up to 20% of home office possible.A team assistant is a central person with frequent interactions with other colleagues, and has significant impact on the smoothness and efficiency of our operations, as well as the working atmosphere at the workplace. We also welcome initiative and striving for making things better.

The job includes mainly the following tasks:
• Ensuring smooth office operations
• Relevant department purchase order management
• Key user responsibility for company attendance system
• Basic care taking of general office equipment (office management scope).
• Preparation/processing of documents (formal/official communication)
• Organization and support of internal meetings and events
• Support of marketing and general departmental activities
• Provision of translations and communication with the translation agency
• Processing of monthly sales reports
• Booking of trainings for service technicians and application specialists
• Dealing with comments, questions, complaints from customers and distributors on a daily basis

Requirements and skills:
• Minimum 3 years proved experience at similar position
• Positive, optimistic attitude and growth mindset
• Initiative and self-drive approach
• Good communication and interpersonal skills (mainly for internal agenda)
• Coping with stress when times get more intense
• Experiences with MS Office (mainly Office365)
• English B2 - proficient in speaking and writing

English - Upper intermediate (B2)
