Popis pracovnej pozicie a zodpovednosti

The Project Management Officer will be part of the global Siemens Healthineers IT team and will work closely with colleagues from SHS IT FS HR on SAP P58 Project.


Task and Responsibilities

  • As Project Management Officer you support the country rollout waves  of a major Sales and Service ERP rollout with focus on HR-IT processes and interfaces.
  • You elaborate the as-is and to-be data flows in the areas of Absence- & Time Management, Payroll and Accocunting with strong focus on end-2-end processes and integrations.
  • You will translate the business demands into IT service requirements and ensure proper implementation of your solution design following our IT service management- and IT compliance framework.
  • You think about the 'big picture', considering end-to-end processess and identify cross-topic dependencies.
  • You collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external service management teams and drive related activities.

Education, Experience and Knowledge/Skills

Education:

  • You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a subject related to information technology or business administration.
  • You have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in the area of Payroll and Time Management, preferably including Accounting and SAP knowledge.
  • You have a thorough understanding of HR (related) processes at a global scale and respective IT solutions / integrations.
  • You are experienced working in international and interdisciplinary HR/IT related projects.
  • You have a good knowledge of managing IT service providers.
  • You are familiar with and understand the compliance requirements as they pertain to IT projects in the healthcare industry.
  • You have at a minimum basic Project Management skill.

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: starting from 2000 EUR brutto /month + VAR*
