Then come and join our global team as Functional Lead (f/m/d) Service Delivery digital solutions for Workflow & Automation, mainly based on SENSE ServiceNow platform.

This role can be filled in the US, Germany or Slovakia. Please upload your application documents in English.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You will functionally lead a multi-level organization of global operation experts.
  • You will act as speaker for the group and coordinate actions with the other Group Leads for cross-vertical topics.
  • You are comprehensively responsible for the operating model, coordinate external partners and continuously develop them further
  • You provide with your team a central 1.5-level support for basic tasks and triaging
  • Facilitate and coordinate on call duties and implement a follow-the-sun support concept to have a team that delivers 24x7 support.
  • You understand the Applications, their priorities, and how to support Incidents / Service Requests.
  • You define best practices for Service Management (i.e. based on ITIL/ITSM) and standard KPIs
  • You drive continuous process improvement
  • You define KPIs together with the Value Streams and implement monitoring processes and dashboards.
  • You with your team monitor performance, detect deviations, and trigger proper group for action​.
  • You enable teams to follow defined best practices about support processes and methodologies.​
  • You and your team drive Knowledge management by enabling users and support teams with Knowledge Articles
  • You will develop the competencies of the experts in the group and evaluate needed competencies and skills required when onboarding new team members (internal or external)
  • You will facilitate knowledge exchange between the experts (community management)

Your qualifications and experience:


  • You have a degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field
  • You have many years of professional experience with SaaS platforms such as ServiceNow, ideally as an Operations Manager
  • You have profound experiences in leading global diverse groups / teams
  • You have already gained extensive experience in the agile environment and have comprehensive knowledge of the SCRUM and SAFe methods
  • You have good knowledge in ITIL Service Management processes (ITIL V4)

Your attributes and skills:

  • You already have extensive experience in international and intercultural cooperation. Therefore, you bring along business-fluent English skills. German language skills are an advantage
  • You have a personal affinity for the digital world and modern cloud-based technology
  • You are characterized by strong analytical skills, Problem solving mindset, self-initiative, motivation, and the ability to work in a team
  • You communicate confidently at all organizational and work culture levels, demonstrating your ability to assert yourself
  • We learn passionately - you always strive for improvement and perfect quality and are willing to go the extra mile
  • You are a team player for whom the success of the team comes first

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: starting from 3800 EUR brutto /month + VAR*
