Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for a experienced Facility Management professional, who will take over the coordination of Siemens Healthineers office and production facilities in Kosice area.Facilities Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Develop a close working relationship with key Client stakeholders/partners, landlord, managing agents and all of the facilities vendors
- Manage all contractors on site to ensure they perform to the required standards (including inspection of vendors’ works)
- Assist in the procurement of vendors, materials and services, as required
- Managing building and equipment maintenance schedules.
- Testing building security systems and promoting safety within the building.
- Managing equipment and supply needs, including furniture, telecommunications, kitchen appliances, office equipment and supplies, and climate control.
- Liaising with vendors and suppliers on behalf of senior managers.
- Supervising cleaning crews and maintenance workers.
- Participate in the development of long-term plans for facility maintenance, projects, upgrades, and improvements, including budget development and management.
- Research new services and appliances to facilitate operations.
- Documenting processes and keeping maintenance records.
- Reporting to the Facilities Manager on a regular basis.
Facilities Coordinator Requirements:
- Experience in facility coordination or similar role.
- Experience in building and equipment maintenance.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, installations and safety protocols
- Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- The main business language spoken in our offices are Slovak and English. Knowledge of English is essential.
Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards : starting from 2000 EUR brutto /month + VAR*
