Your tasks and responsibilities:

To perform this role efficiently, the Project Manager:

  • You plan and execute complex, global projects on your own responsibility, especially in the area of agile projects, based on coordinated business requirements in cooperation with the IT demand managers.
  • You are accountable for the functional control of the internal project organization and the external partners as well as the organizational interfaces and dependencies of all involved IT service and business partners.
  • You plan and manage larger project budgets and resources on your own responsibility.
  • Drive the adoption of defined Agile tools and methodologies consistently across the project, fostering a culture of Agile excellence and continuous improvement.
  • You are responsible for project communication, including coordination with the respective steering board and stakeholders at senior management level.
  • Project reporting as well as risk, resource and change management are also part of your tasks.
  • You are fully responsible for the functional management of the internal project organization, the roll-out relevant country organizations, the external partners, as well as the organizational interfaces and dependencies to other IT projects.
  • You ensure compliance with Siemens Healthineers IT project management standards of all workstreams regarding quality, processes, tools, methods, compliance, audits, and templates, which are used and applied uniformly and globally in the project.
  • You ensure the consistency and validity of the information documented centrally on a content hub (intranet) across the board.
  • You will make sure that defined tools and methods will be used and applied uniformly and globally in the project.
  • You participate in elaborating project plans, align on resource plans, actively manage risks and mitigations of the project and ensure documentation according to our internal best-practices.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have a master's degree in computer science or a comparable specialization.
  • You have already gained several years of professional experience in in software development and application operations within a globally-oriented IT organization.
  • You also bring additional experience and great interest in the implementation of new technologies (e.g. automation, low code platforms, data analytics, machine learning, GIoT, cloud, SaaS, etc.).
  • Extensive experience in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, including hands-on experience in implementing Agile frameworks within teams and organizations.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects using Agile methodologies, including iterative development, continuous integration, and frequent delivery cycles.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring teams on Agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.
  • Experience in scaling Agile practices across large and complex organizations, including managing dependencies, coordinating releases, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
  • You have already managed one or more IT projects and can demonstrate technical leadership of employees within the scope of projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, environment.
  • Strong understanding of records and documentation requirements in a regulated environment.
  • Ability to apply broad knowledge of software testing concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Ability to manage testing teams to achieve testing results.
  • Working knowledge of testing tools (i.e., Microsoft Azure DevOps, HP ALM)
  • Experience with working with global team.

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: starting from 2500 EUR brutto /month + VAR*

*We are required by law to disclose basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised positions. We carefully consider your professional qualifications and experience in our compensation package and/or when offering you other positions.
