Popis pracovnej pozicie a zodpovednosti

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You are driving the digitalization and automation of SHS IT Reporting developing and combining Power BI Reports, Power Apps and Flows.
• You consult our stakeholders including key roles and managers to create the best insights, metrics and actionable digital solutions which drive the performance and impact of IT
• You ensure that rules and regulations are met and document your work because you know that development without documentation is only writing code
• You are eager to really understand the intentions of our stakeholders, so you can deliver on point digital solutions through precise gathering and managing their requirements.
• You are proactively managing your stakeholders to ensure you are always up to date regarding their priorities and challenges to support them to the best of your abilities.
• You are ensuring that the IT reporting foundation is future proof, easily maintainable and efficient through establishing new API connections to new sources, analyzing data structures, -models and overall architecture.
• You constantly look out for new features and technologies to better support our stakeholders and our team internally
• In close collaboration with our subject matter experts you are understanding their challenges and processes to analyze and solve complex topics using state of the art process mining technologies.

Your qualification and experience:

• You are affine for IT and have at least 3-5 years work experience
• You possess a degree in Information Management or Computer Science or equivalent working/professional experience
• You have knowledge in reporting and have already experience in digitalization or automation
• You are comfortable with using basic programs such as Office 365, Microsoft Power Plattform or Web-Application
• Experience in dealing with data structures, data bases and API connection

• You like to work in a team and prefer to collaborate for best results, particularly in a self-directed team setting
• You don’t mind giving presentations in front of a group
• You ask questions to further understand a task or topic and you offer ideas for improvement or solution
• Quality awareness is a matter of course for you and you follow the internal regulations
• You actively engage and work independently as appropriate and you are driven to deliver high quality results

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: starting from 2800 EUR brutto /month + VAR*
