Popis pracovnej pozicie a zodpovednosti

Siemens Healthineers IT is seeking as part of our External Marketing Platforms team a highly motivated Service/Product Owner for our Marketing Automation Platform based on Eloqua with two or more years of hands-on experience.The External Marketing Platforms team takes care of marketing and communication applications and tools facing external customers. This position requires knowledge and experience in Eloqua (or similar platform for marketing automation management) as well as good knowledge on APIs.

In addition, this position shall support our technical Search Engine Optimization (SEO) lead. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to apply and grow the own and the colleagues’ skillset in the area of all our external marketing platforms while engaging with a wide range of stakeholders within Siemens Healthineers.

The Service/Product Owner for our Marketing Automation Platform will be expected to use a good level of knowledge and experience in managing business/ customer expectations, feedback, complaints and data flows while ensuring compliance to Quality, ISEC and Data Privacy regulations.

Responsibilities / Essential Functions:

  • You own and manage our Marketing Automation Platform based on Eloqua
  • You manage the product backlog for the Service and drive corresponding discussions with global cross-functional teams, ensuring transparency across all involved teams
  • You are responsible for the IT Service management incl. e.g. Incident, Change and Problem Management
  • You plan and coordinate the go live together with your stakeholders, e.g. incl. test management and user acceptance tests
  • You manage the different vendors (partly SaaS) involved in the provisioning of the Service
  • You will ensure IT System compliance (e.g. in regard to quality, information security and data privacy regulation)
  • Your main focus around change management will be roll-outs to additional countries and applications (incl. APIs) in close alignment with Business and Data Privacy stakeholders
  • You will support our technical SEO

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. computer science)
  • General technical knowledge on APIs (e.g. Postman or any other API platform)
  • General knowledge on marketing campaign management, marketing analytics tools i.e. by Adobe
  • Eagerness to understand Data Privacy (i.e. GDPR, LGPD, PIPL) and Business requirements and processes
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing IT projects using Agile methodologies (i.e. scrum) or other structured methodologies (i.e. Waterfall, Structured Problem Solving) and understanding of ITIL Framework Governance guidelines as well as tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, Service Now)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Customer (and service) orientated thinking
  • Structured thinking & ability to learn quickly
  • Understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Power BI and/or general Software development are a plus
  • Experience in technical SEO tools and configurations i.e. Google Search Console, Coveo are a plus
  • Knowledge of Marketing tech stack areas (e.g. CMS, Analytics, eMail campaign management, database management) and Cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS) is a plus
  • Strong interest in compliance and documentation

Preferred Experience

  • 2+ years of experience with Content Delivery Platforms
  • Experience with Eloqua (or similar platform for marketing automation)
  • Experience working with agile project management methodologies
  • Experience working with global and cross-functional teams

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: starting from 2000 EUR brutto /month + VAR*
