Popis pracovnej pozicie a zodpovednosti

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and implementation of corporate guidelines and procedures for quality management, processes and occupational safety and protection as well as environmental safety with respect to local regulations and legislation.
  • Management of internal documentation in accordance with ISO requirements, corporate and country specifics.
  • Management of the Continuous Improvement Process (CIP), including the organization of CIP Boards, preparation of documents and monitoring of the implementation of measures from the CIP tool.
  • KPIs monitoring, reviewing and reporting.
  • Ensuring the customer satisfaction survey after the project.
  • Supervision and management of the system for submitting complaints and customer requests.
  • Cooperation with institutions and organizations regarding activities related to quality and regulatory matters.
  • Preparation and participation on internal and external audits in the field of quality, safety and health protection at work and environmental protection.
  • Keeping up-to-date of stakeholder analysis and risk register.
  • Administration of the regulatory tasks (postmarket surveillance, product notifications).
  • Responsibility for measuring and test device calibration and evidence.
  • Conduct trainings for target groups with focus on quality, EHS, processes and internal documentation.

Your qualifications, experience & skills:

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a quality position or education in field quality management.
  • Higher education (preferred fields: economics, technical).
  • Good knowledge of the Slovak and English languages in both speech and writing, enabling fluent business communication.
  • The ability to understand the professional content of the text.
  • The ability to make stylistic and grammatical adjustments to the text.
  • Responsible and conscientious approach to tasks.
  • Experience or familiarity with IT tools (MS Office, databases,...) 
  • Responsibility, independence, thoroughness, systematicity, serious demeanor, high work commitment, loyalty to the company





Offered salary: EUR 3,000 min
