Become part of our global team as a Financial Controller (m/f/d) in the Customer Services area with your expertise in financial controlling.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• In your role as IT financial controller in Customer Services you are responsible for reporting & controlling of the relevant process area. This happens in close collaboration with the function head and the finance function head.
• You regularly analyze the financial development of the process area and derive actionable insights based on operational and financial KPIs (e.g. costs, productivity, FTE). You identify improvement potentials and drive productivity measures.
• Within your area of responsibility, you are accountable for correct financial reporting in line with SHS & CS financial guidelines.
• You are responsible for yearly budget planning as well as regular forecasting within your process based on costs, fees / charges, FTEs, etc.
• You support an adequate, yearly financial target setting for the process in close collaboration with the function head and commercial head.
• Your tasks also include contributing to relevant strategic projects with your financial expertise.
• You analyze value flows, determine and implement correct and efficient charging models for your area of responsibility.
• You prepare and execute C-level presentations.

Your qualification and experience:

• You have successfully completed a master's degree in economics.
• You already have several years of professional experience in various operational, commercial controlling functions within Siemens (Healthineers, Business Areas or Business Lines).
• You also have experience in process analysis and are adept at handling data.
• You have very good knowledge of the digitalization of processes and have a high affinity for using modern data analysis tools (e.g. Qlik, Power BI, etc.).
• You impress with a very high level of analytical competence, commitment, focus on results, confident demeanor and ability to assert yourself.

Your profile and skills:

• You solve problems proactively and are used to presenting your analysis results with a concrete solution.  You are adept at communicating in a fact-based manner.
• Your open and communicative way of working enables collaboration across multiple locations (e.g. DE, US, SG) as well as across functions within and outside of CS.
• You ideally have an understanding of internal processes and the Siemens Healthineers organization.
• You are used to analyzing complex questions and deriving recommendations for action.
• You work in a highly internationally oriented environment, so any intercultural experience you have already gained is an advantage.
• You are business fluent in written and spoken English.

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: starting from 2 200EUR brutto /month + VAR*
