Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a experienced Project Management Officer who will take over the project management support cross different projects and ensure smooth communication and alignment with peer groups.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Implementation of the highest Siemens Healthineers standards in the Siemens Healthcare s.r.o. organization. Supplier base management
  • Support for business procurement in sales project phases and project implementation
  • Creation of comprehensive and transparent process documentation
  • Generating added value for the organization in collaboration with preferred suppliers
  • Optimization of costs related to the operation of both indirect and direct procurement areas
  • Supplier management, including portfolio optimization
  • Obtaining complementary offers for products from third-party companies in accordance with the SIWZ (Terms of Reference) or internal customer requirements
  • Close collaboration with departments: Finance, Project Management, Sales, Logistics, Quality
  • Working with indicators – reporting and implementing corrective actions.


    Your qualifications, experience & skills:

    • Several years of professional experience in a procurement position.
    • Experience in managing procurement categories.
    • Higher education (preferred fields: economics, technical).
    • Good knowledge of the Slovak and English languages in both speech and writing, enabling fluent business communication.
    • Familiarity with and practical application of modern methods of procurement process management.
    • Responsible and conscientious approach to tasks.
    • Ability to work with technical and technological requirements of products within the serviced categories.



    Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards:     starting from 1900 EUR brutto /month + VAR*

    University education (Bachelor's degree)

    English - Upper intermediate (B2)
