Siemens Healthineer is a leading global provider of medical solutions that contribute to the enhancement of patient care and overall healthcare outcomes. We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer to join our team and contribute to the advancement of healthcare technology.

If you're a passionate Senior Java Developer with a strong background in software development, eager to make a difference in healthcare technology, with the ability to:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and enhance the platform that connects medical devices.
  • Utilize your 5+ years of hands-on software development experience in an agile environment to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Java / J2EE ensuring robust and scalable code.
  • Apply a strong understanding of OOP principles, SOLID design, and Clean Code practices.
  • Implement test automation and unit testing to ensure software reliability.
  • Participate in continuous integration and continuous deployment processes
  • Mentor and lead junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and growth.
  • Embrace an open feedback culture and drive continuous improvement within the team.
  • Use your excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)

Nice-to-Have:

  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm for containerization and orchestration.
  • Kafka messaging system
