Then come and join our global team as IT Product Owner for Consent & Preference Management Platform to further advance the marketing and communication applications and tools of the target group external customers.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
  • You are responsible for our Consent & Preference Management Platform, which is based on SAP Customer Data Cloud
  • You will manage the product backlog for this service and drive related discussions with the global cross-functional teams and ensure transparency for all involved teams
  • You will be responsible for the related IT service management, including incident, change and problem management
  • You plan and coordinate go-lives together with the stakeholders, this includes for example test management and user acceptance testing
  • You coordinate the different vendors (partly SaaS) that are involved in the execution of the service
  • You ensure the compliance of the IT system (e.g. adherence to quality, information security and data privacy regulations)
  • Your main focus in the area of change management is on roll outs in additional countries and further applications (incl. APIs). This will be done in close coordination with the business and data privacy stakeholders

Your qualifications and experience:
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in the field of (business) informatics or comparable
  • You convince with several years of professional experience in IT, ideally in a regulatory environment
  • You have a general technical knowledge of APIs (e.g. Postman or similar API platforms) and at least one programming language
  • You have an intrinsic interest in data privacy and business requirements and processes
  • Ideally, you have experience with Consent & Preference Management systems (e.g. SAP's Customer Data Cloud or similar)
  • You have proven experience in the successful implementation of IT projects using agile methodologies (e.g. Waterfall, Structured Problem Solving)
  • Knowledge of marketing tech stack areas (e.g. CMS, marketing automation) and cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS) is a plus

Your attributes and skills:
  • You have a very good command of written and spoken English in order to be able to operate successfully in our international working environment; knowledge of German is an additional plus
  • You have the ability to work independently as part of a team
  • With your strong problem-solving skills, you can systematically overcome challenges, putting users first
  • You have good communication skills and approach tasks in a structured manner with a quick grasp. You like to develop new approaches to solutions and thus bring new impulses to your own team and the organization
