The SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) Analyst acts as the sales and service contracts, shipping, billing and other relate functions technology process owner of the global Siemens Healthineers Ultrasound Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform. This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career.

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with SAP ERP Director to develop and protect IT strategy positions for the ERP landscape
• Enthusiastically champion IT ERP concepts and serve as face to the customers of ERP SCM / Logistics services
• Analysis, process design and development of market-leading, highly efficient SCM / Logistics solutions together with our business partners, demand managers and other implementation teams
• Ensuring that our global approaches and solution are up to date with internal policies, industry standards and best practices
• Independently create and advise on requirements and acceptance criteria, based on complete alignment with the business, for the global system
• Managing dependent interfaces to other systems/processes in your area of responsibility
• Close alignment with the service provider who provides the technical implementation as a service
• For operational projects on a module level, assuming full responsibility for IT project management from planning to completion of the hypercare phase
• As a Subject Matter Expert, driving cross-module projects through the design and implementation of IT solutions on S/4HANA and proactively develop future processes with the business
• Providing input into future roadmap activities for new software enhancements, features and functionality to further develop IT ERP tool strategy
• Identify methods to share IT ERP program effectiveness with leadership and key stakeholders
• Support continuous improvement efforts to ensure appropriate alignment with changing business needs
• Support IT ERP budget forecast and resource planning
• Manage and prioritize demand for IT ERP SCM / Logistics services with defined rationale

• Specific technical experience with SAP4/HANA
• Knowledge of overall ERP processes with specific focus on Sales and Distribution
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with multiple methodologies, including Lean and Agile
• Creative thinker with aptitude to identify innovative solutions

Required skills to have for the success of this role

• Bachelors Degree in Information Technology
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in SAP platform management
• Willingness to travel periodically as required
• Ability to excel in both remote and in-office working environments
• Fluency in English language
