Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a new team member in our Legal team in Bratislava to provide an experienced Data Privacy service for Slovakia and Czech Republic of the Siemens Healthineers group in the zone.

 

Areas of Responsibilities:

  • You support the business with respect to Data Privacy relevant aspects and ensure that this is in line with the local laws and processes of the global DP Governance
  • You continuously conduct trainings
  • You advice on data privacy impact assessments
  • You support in case of data privacy breaches and act as sole contact to the Data Protection Authorities
  • You keep the Head of Data Privacy informed on all material Data Privacy topics in the country

 

Required experience:

  • Mandatory language skills: Slovak or Czech -
    excellent communication and language skills in Slovak/Czech, English to enable you to communicate with the various levels in the organization, including management and authorities and additional language skills: English C1, German - advantage You have concluded your law studies in Slovakia with excellent results
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant Data Privacy work experience either in an inhouse Data Privacy department or in a law firm
  • Excellent communication and language skills in Slovak, English to enable you to communicate with the various levels in the organization, including management and with Authorities.
  • Additional language skills: Czech - advantage, German - advantage
  • You convince with your methodical way of thinking as well as high analytical and organizational skills, which enable you to structure even complex issues in terms of data protection law and to prepare and explain them even to colleagues outside your field of expertise
  • You can work under pressure and set priorities in order to deal with a large number of topics in a structured manner, even with short deadlines, round off your profile.

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards:

From 4000€ brutto /month + VAR*
