IT Project /Change Manager External Marketing Platforms

Position Overview:
Siemens Healthineers IT is seeking a highly motivated Project/Change Manager with experience in Agile Project Management (APM) for its External marketing Platforms i.e. Siemens Healthineers Website with three or more years of hands-on experience with performing project and change management activities to join our team. The External Marketing Platforms team takes care of marketing and communication application and tools facing external customers. This position also contains the perspective of becoming an application manager after successful project management. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to apply and grow their skillset in project/ change planning and execution engage with a wide range of stakeholders within Siemens Healthineers.

The Project/Change Manager for Website will be expected to use a good level of knowledge and experience in blending traditional project management principles and practices with an Agile development approach in the right proportions to fit different Website related projects and with the appropriate level of planning and provide the right balance of agility and predictability.

Responsibilities / Essential Functions:
• Develop project plans, including scope, budgets, timelines, delivering project on schedule and within budget constraints
• Coordinate and manage the development and implementation of External Marketing Platform Projects
• Assist in the documentation of system requirements, user stories/epics
• Ensures that mandatory documentation and compliance aspects are met based on established standards. This includes presentations and documentations related to Quality, resources, communications and risks
• Communicate & collaborate with stakeholders, including partners, developers and cross-functional teams
• Identify and resolve project issues and risks in a timely manner
• Manage and track project progress, including delivering regular status updates
• Oversee quality assurance testing within assignments
• Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions during external marketing platforms updates and launches

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. computer science, project management)
• Understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web servers
• Knowledge of Marketing tec stack systems i.e. Consent Management Systems or Customer Data Platform and its integration with Content Management Systems is a plus
• Familiarity with web interfaces, data formats, APIs, and other web-based tools and technologies is a plus
• Excellent project and change management skills, including the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Experience organizing meetings, maintaining project plans, budgets and status reports; providing feedback on standards and approaches to the work.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing IT projects using Agile methodologies (i.e. scrum) or other structured methodologies (i.e. Waterfall, Structured Problem Solving) and understanding of ITIL Framework Governance guidelines as well as tools (i.e. Azure DevOps)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience
• 2+ years of experience in project and/or change management, preferably in a web development or technology environment
• Experience working with agile project management methodologies
• Experience with website content management systems and web interfaces
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers, and business stakeholders
• Experience managing budgets and resources for web development projects
• Project management certification is a plus
