Job description, responsibilities and duties
In your role you`ll be responsible for:- Maintenance of internal banking tool
- Administration of user accounts and ensuring solutions for related issues
- Processing and evidence of bank confirmations of signatories on company accounts
- Technical troubleshooting related to the tool
- Maintenance of payment platform
- Connection of new merchants joining the platform
- Resolution of technical issues
- Monitoring of transactions and their reconciliation based on the settlement files
- Process automation
- Proposal and construction of automation solution for department related tasks
- Maintenance of existing automation solutions based on VBA, Alteryx, Blue Prism
Other Treasury activities:
• User administration of online banking clients
• Quarterly review of bank accounts with respect to the adherence to company regulations
• Monthly reconciliation of car insurance
We are looking for someone with:
• Inclination to IT and finance – command of Visual Basic on an advanced level is a must
• Strong interpersonal relations and skills
Required education, skills and personality requirements
Required educationUniversity education (Bachelor's degree)
Educational Specialization
Economic Informatics or a closely related field
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2)
