Join the team responsible for developing the software platform solutions used in all product areas of Siemens Healthineers.

About project:

Together with your team (about 20 colleagues from Slovakia and Germany), you will participate in definition of a software platform that is used in all areas of Siemens Healthineers.

It provides SW project teams with ready-to-integrate, comprehensive solutions for eight infrastructure engineering tasks: Hardware management, Operating system integration, Build automation support, Support production of systems, Cyber security management, Software upgrade in the field, Software update in the field, Proactive maintenance.

Platform is used as a service seamlessly integrated in CI/CD pipelines with following goals:

• Frees up product development teams from regular infrastructure tasks
• Speeds up development cycles
• Avoids double work

Responsibilities of Windows IoT Software specialist:

• You are the Windows 10 IoT expert in your agile scrum team for developing Windows 10 IoT based solutions.
• You are bringing to the team solutions in area of Windows 10 IoT and associated cybersecurity settings
• You communicate with Microsoft our needs in regards of Windows 10 IoT platform, as well as adjust our solutions based on Microsoft new innovations

• Professional experience in Windows 10 administration and security settings
• Good knowledge in areas like Microsoft Windows Defender Application Control (Device guard) guard, Windows BitLocker, Disk partitioning and Windows ADK
• Experience with L2/L3 Windows 10 troubleshooting e.g. Windows Sysinternals

Nice to have skills:

• SW development using Agile principles
• Hyper-V API knowledge
• Knowledge from TFS/Azure DevOps development & test automation
• Skilled in developing/programming using C#,PowerShell program languages

• University education (Bachelor's degree) or University education (Master's degree)

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: starting from 2500 EUR brutto /month + VAR*
