IT Learning Support (Student/ Part time)

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Do you know Moodle? Do you think you could improve it? We in Siemens Healthineers use one of the leading Learning Management Systems (LMS) by Saba cloud and you can be involved in its management.

You would become familiar with IT processes that are behind Learning platform’s operation as well as becoming master of Learning Management System operations management. As communication with stakeholders is a basis for delivering Learning as a Service, you will be connected with people from every part of the organization. More importantly, you will help Siemens Healthineers to professionally grow.

In the First Week:
• You will meet your local and global team members who will start familiarizing you with learning related topics
• You will receive onboarding as well as on-the-job trainings in the Learning platform you will later on work with

In the First Month:
• You will gain more knowledge on how Learning platform works
• You will gain experience with IT related topics that are necessary for the service operations
• You will start contributing to topics that the team works on

In the First Six Months:
• You will be an expert on Learning Management System and ITIL
• You will work independently to meet organizations’ expectations for learning
• You will drive system integrations topics that occur behind the scenes

Expected Professional skills:
• Ability to learn about IT systems and related processes
• Ability to consult topic owners and vendors
• Motivation to gain knowledge needed for future development

Personality requirements and skills:
• Interest in working in global team
• Advanced interpersonal and (written/verbal) communications skills
• Good organizational skills and flexibility
• Proactivity

Educational Specialization
• Computer Science (or related field)

Basic salary component (gross) and other remuneration: The offered remuneration is from 8€ gross / hour. Depending on experience + after incorporation possibility to increase.
