Job description, responsibilities and duties

The Delivery Manager (DM) will be part of the Service & Delivery Planning team, supporting the Healthineers SAP Change Management teams in project and change delivery management, ensuring proper prioritization, adherence to Siemens Delivery and Change processes and in time and budget delivery of the SAP changes.

You are the main contact for the Service Owners, Business and Suppliers representatives in all escalations, being responsible for ensuring a smooth operation of the change delivery pipeline

Task and Responsibilities
• Manage the delivery of changes to SAP systems (coordinating the prioritization, planning, approval, controlling and reporting) from content and financial point of view
• Support the Change and Control Board by checking incoming change requests
• Lead the communities involved in the implementation of change requests and participate in the regular Change Advisory Boards between IT and Business
• Interface between Projects and the Change Management Teams
• Measure the process relevant KPIs and ensure the highest quality standards
• Liaison with external suppliers, including forecasting activities for external resources
• Support and manage the introduction and improvement of processes and tools for Delivery Management
• Support the Change Management Groups with tools and process knowledge
• Support the creation and delivery of regular reports, progress reports, change proposals and presentations to management and internal / external stakeholders
• Manage the financial aspects of the change budget for the Change Management groups including input for budget, controlling and forecasting

Experience:
• 1-3 years of project management experience
• 1-3 years User experience with SAP ERP systems and modules constitutes a plus
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager Change Management and SAP customizing constitutes a plus

Technical Skills:
• Superior understanding of Microsoft (MS) tool landscape and expertise in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint online
• Proficient with SAP ERP financial system constitutes a plus

• Business fluent in the English language
• German language skills would be very helpful, but are not mandatory
• Must be available at USA time zone

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards : starting from 2200EUR brutto /month + VAR*
