The salary is defined for candidates with proven 2+yrs experience in expected field. Our goal is to pay our employee's fairly, regarding the market situation. We carefully consider your professional qualifications and experience in finally offered compensation package.

We are looking for Engineering&IT Sourcer to help our business grow by building up the unique recruitment strategy to deliver the best employees to our business ever!


Your role will be:

  • An excellent relationship maker, partnering our line managers and maintaining trustful relationships to support the mutual cooperation
  • Advising on best sourcing strategies using various candidates sourcing channels while using your deep job-market knowledge
  • Building and maintenance of candidates’ pipeline through proactive market research and on-going relationship management for new upcoming recruitment demand
  • Proactive identification of passive candidates using online research tools, social media, job boards, employee referrals, and networking
  • Being proud to explain the candidates our projects where new solutions in railway field are being born and delivered
  • Ensure a positive experience and create professional relationship with all candidates by providing accurate and professional information about the vacant positions and projects
  • Conducting screen calls & interviews of potential candidates
  • Participating in employer branding & recruitment marketing activities using your creativity and open mind
  • Participating on university fairs and job fairs
  • Close cooperation with universities in various activities needed for successful talents acquisition
  • Other recruiting and staffing activities in aim to attract and hire TOP talents to Siemens Mobility

Personality requirements and skills

Professional Competencies:

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment of SW and HW Engineers, IT/Telco professionals and SW developers for either recruitment agency or a client internally
  • Good understanding of recruitment sourcing channels and online database searching techniques
  • Proven advanced sourcing skills with professional media platforms (e.g. social media recruiting, LinkedIn)
  • Strong IT skills, including the use of online tools, in-house databases and MS Office applications (MS Excel on an advanced level is a must)

 

Personality requirements:

  • Good listener, strong communicator and relationship maker
  • Solid understanding of technical background and IT
  • Interest in modern technologies
  • Proactive, goal-oriented person with excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Positive attitude, drive and motivation in targets delivery
  • Personal integrity


Nice to have

  • German – Elementary (A2)
  • Understanding of Slovak Labour law and knowledge of in-company people related processes is an advantage
