Job description, responsibilities and duties

Overview
The Delivery Process Manager will be part of the Innovation, Integration and Planning team, supporting the Healthineers SAP Change Management teams in project and change delivery management, ensuring proper prioritization, adherence to Siemens processes and in time and budget delivery of the SAP changes.

You are the main contact for the SAP Management, Service Owners, Business and Suppliers representatives in topics related to delivery and financial processes, being responsible for ensuring a smooth operation of the change delivery pipeline and of related processes.

Task and Responsibilities

Process Management activities:
• Representing the SAP as Process Manager in IT Service Management (ITSM) process boards as key contact
• Assist Process Owners with development of global standardized processes being responsible for the introduction and improvement of the processes and tools in SAP, driving the efficiency, effectiveness, and consistency of processes globally
• Perform periodic process performance reviews
• Coordinate trainings of process users, ensuring the required process knowledge level, technical and business understanding to execute the processes
• Review role definitions in ITSM before implementation

Demand Management
• Manage the Demand Pipeline of changes to SAP systems ensuring in time and budget deliveries
• Hold the SAP Demand Assessment meeting ensuring transparency and oversight of the upcoming and existing SAP related projects
• Liaison between Business Relationship Management and SAP resource and project managers
• Own the demand management process, ensure proper execution, and process improvement

Project Portfolio Management
• Maintain demand and project portfolio and ensure data quality
• Develop and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports

Resource Capacity Management
• Implementation and ownership of Resource Capacity Management process and tools
• Alignment with project and resource managers on the capacity planning
• Manage forecasting activities for external resources

Service Portfolio Management
• Overall responsibility for the Service Portfolio in SAP CoE
• Governance of data quality for Service Portfolio in his/her area of responsibility
• Overview about the current Services in the Pipeline and active portfolio in his/her area of responsibility
• Part of the Service Portfolio Community and representation of the Service Owner for his/her area of responsibility
• Provides guidance for data quality in service portfolio in his/her area of responsibility
• Consults for all topics related to Service Portfolio in his/her area of responsibility
• Presents changes of Services in the Service Portfolio Manager Community / Process Board

Education:
• Master’s degree in information technology / computer science or similar

Experience:
• Intercultural experience
• 3-5 years of project management experience
• 3-5 years of IT service management experience
• User experience with SAP ERP systems and modules constitutes a plus

Technical Skills:
• Superior understanding of Microsoft (MS) tool landscape and expertise in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, Teams, SharePoint online
• Knowledge of IT service processes
• Good understanding of ITSM, ITIL, CSDM
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager Change Management and SAP customizing constitutes a plus
• Experience with ServiceNow, Power Query and Power BI constitutes a plus

Non-Technical Skills:
• Must have proven leadership skills in international, intercultural environments
• Must possess the ability to lead and collaborate remotely in a global team
• Must be capable of taking initiative, with a firm understanding of the final goal to be achieved and leading implementation of the goal
• Must have a structured way of working and organizational skills
• Must have analytical capabilities
• Must be an excellent team player
• Must have a record of being capable of working independently with very little supervision
• Must be capable of working in highly demanding, time critical assignments
• Must be business fluent in the English language
• German language skills would be very helpful, but are not mandatory

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards : starting from 2200EUR brutto /month + VAR*
