Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a Test automation engineer for a project aimed at developing a future generation of a building automation system. You will build Eco System with cloud, edge device with wired and wireless device integration in a Scrum (SAFe) team.

Expected skills:
• 2+ years of professional experience in this area
• Test concept design and implementation with strong focus on CI/CD and automated testing (reproducible and code-based setup and container based execution with Lava)
• Programming for automated CI/CD in modern programming and scripting languages (Python)
• Setup and maintenance of a flexible DoT infrastructure (remotely usable and managed)
• Good knowledge of English

Nice to have skills:
• Testing methods/levels experience (ISTQB) 
• Network concept (IPV6, 6LoWPAN, thread) for our test infrastructure with strong focus to solution security
• IoT standards (W3C, Building Topology Ontology, thing description)
• Close collaboration within scrum teams as well as colleagues in other locations
• German
