IT Business Analyst (GDC)

Job description, responsibilities and duties

The Business Analyst will be part of a team committed to generate the highest possible value for the business functions by efficiently managing their demands. The Business Analyst will digitalize processes with different technologies, manage changes and maintain implemented solutions.

Task and Responsibilities
• Work with business functions (HR, Procurement, etc.) to digitalize processes in a lab-like environment with low-code solutions (Microsoft PowerPlatform, Ui Path) and other technologies (Chatbots, AI)
• Implement changes to existing solutions
• Manage implemented solutions
• Engage in relationships with the business and the team
• Identify digitalization opportunities
• Extend team capabilities by acquiring new digitalization technologies
• Commit to business value delivery

Required Education, Experience and Skills

Education:
• University degree in economics, computer science or similar

Experience:

The Business Analyst should have experience with the development of different low-code solutions. Knowledge of other technologies like AI and Chatbots and utilization of digitalization-relevant Cloud based services are an advantage.

Required Skills:
• 2+ years of experience with requirements engineering
• Low-Code solutions (Microsoft PowerPlatform, Ui Path)
• Other technologies (AI, Chatbots, MS Azure cloud services etc.)
• English B2 or higher
• Analytical and problem-solving oriented thinking
• Knowledge of UX best practices / interest in the topic
• Great communication and collaboration skills
• Must be capable of taking initiative, with a firm understanding of the final goal to be achieved
